The tool
A teacher standing on a field with a phone builds a full lesson from whatever equipment is in the store room, speaks fitness scores instead of typing them, and sees the class banded by performance. The year plan behind it holds the prescribed strand ratio exactly.

Four documents govern what physical education is supposed to be in an Indian school. Each asks for something the school then has to produce on its own, and every one of those pieces of work lands on the same person.

National Curriculum Framework for School Education
Names Physical Education and Well-being as a curricular area in its own right, across every stage of the 5+3+3+4 structure.
Naming an area does not staff it, and the early stages are exactly where specialist staffing is thinnest.

Khel Yatra, Grade 6
Teaches Kho-Kho and Handball by name as the fundamental-skill games, alongside motor fitness and yoga.
The content exists. Turning it into two hundred planned periods is left to whoever has the period.
CBSE
Health and Physical Education, Grade IX and X
Fixes four strands at 100 marks across 200 periods, and four assessed aspects inside the games strand.
Those proportions have to be recalculated for whatever year length a school actually runs, by hand, every year.
The scheme the planner has to hold
CBSE’s reference year for Grades IX and X. The planner never hardcodes 90/50/50/10. It holds these proportions and scales them to the year you enter, so a 32-week year and a 44-week year both come out exact.

The Health and Activity Card carries no marks and ten periods, which is why it appears above and not here. Both totals are summed straight from the rows, so this cannot drift out of agreement with itself. It is the discipline the planner applies to a school year.
Four assessed aspects rotate across the year inside the games strand: discipline and sportsmanship, skill and technique, participation and motivation, and improvement.
Units run as contiguous blocks, with the four aspects rotating across them, so a year covers all four and no single one gets assessed on repeat and called a scheme.
What it does

Enter the equipment you actually have. Get back a warm-up, a main activity and a cool-down, timed to the period you are teaching.
Not a list of games. A lesson, with minutes held back for the business of moving forty children between shapes. That transition time is the first thing a plan loses and the first thing a real period spends.

Ten recognised instructional models, each carrying its originator, so a lesson observation can cite the approach by name.
The software chooses the model, not the AI. Asked to pick, a language model returns Teaching Games for Understanding almost every time, because that is where its training data is thickest. The choice is made by a deterministic rotation instead, which is auditable and varied across a term by construction.

Tomorrow’s session uses different approaches without anyone asking. The rotation seed comes from the date.
Checked across 14,000 generated sessions: every duration by every focus by 400 seeds. Phase minutes always sum to the period exactly, no approach ever repeats inside one session, no two consecutive sessions draw the same trio, and all ten models are reached within a term.

The model never writes the drawing. It returns coordinates; the app owns every pixel of the markup. And the picture is never the only copy of the information. Each diagram carries a text legend and a caption, so a teacher using a screen reader gets the layout in words.

Speech is recognised on the device itself, and no audio is uploaded anywhere. And the microphone is never load-bearing: the transcript stays editable, so a browser without speech support, or a mis-heard name, still leaves a way through.

The arithmetic is never done by the AI. Periods are apportioned by a largest-remainder method, verified across all 259 combinations of 12 to 48 weeks by 1 to 7 periods. Independent rounding loses a period on some year lengths, and a plan shown to an inspector cannot be approximately right.

Technical progressions paced across the weeks, conditioning chosen for the sport, and the faults a teacher will actually see, each with its cue.
The sport knowledge is held in code, not requested from a model. Without it an AI writes the same paragraph for Kho-Kho and volleyball with the nouns swapped. With it, the Kho-Kho unit trains pole turns and chain chasing while the volleyball unit trains the platform pass and court rotation.

Every control is at least 48 pixels tall. Borders are solid black on white with offset shadows, because soft shadows and thin grey rules disappear in direct sunlight. Performance bands are labelled, not merely coloured.
The ten teaching models
Every activity the portal generates is designed inside one of these, and the card shows which: its name, its originator, what the teacher does, and which assessed aspects it evidences. Direct Instruction never lands in a cool-down. Movement Education never runs the main game. Each model declares the phases it can carry.

The five
Standing Broad Jump currently stands in for CBSE’s Standing Vertical Jump, so one of the six is a substitution for the prescribed test. Closing the gap means a schema migration and a new set of banding thresholds. It is written down in the product’s own documentation, in the open, and if a complete battery is what decides whether the portal is useful to your school, say so and we will tell you honestly where it sits.
